About the Role:
This position reports to the Strategic Alliance Manager. The primary role of the ISV Partnership Account Manager will be to manage and scale relationships within ArborXR’s ISV partner program. Cross-group collaboration, clear communication, and relationship building skills will be required to deliver business results. The position will be a mix of business development, account management, and program coordination responsibilities. This is a global role with a focus primarily on the North American and European markets. A background in XR is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster the relationships with existing strategic ISV partners at scale, activating reseller/referral channels
Onboard partners interested in the ArborXR partnership program, software, and demo distribution
Follow and build upon existing processes for managing partner accounts and collateral
Develop and maintain an expert-level knowledge of ArborXR’s platform, ensuring a clear understanding of its relevance and benefits to ISVs
Pursue new ISV partnerships through inbound leads, marketing strategies, and outbound initiatives
Clearly report and communicate activities generating business impact
Requirements:
5+ years of partnership / business development experience
Excellent communicator in-person, on the phone, through email and Zoom
Relationship driven with a strong dedication to collaboration
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to details
Must be able to adapt quickly to new initiatives in a fast paced startup(~50 employees) environment
Self starter, someone who takes initiative and does not need to be micromanaged
Willing to work in timezones that can serve both EU and US customers
Domain experience in XR would be a distinct advantage
Ability to travel (up to 20%) in support of above responsibilities
