Position Details:
Full-time
Remote, but based in the U.S.
Solid understanding of prospecting techniques, list creation, target selection, etc
Ability to find and deliver high-quality (warm, qualified) leads to the sales team
Requires collaboration skills with multiple teams and individuals
Pre-planning for industry conferences, including setting meetings/preps and more

About the Role:
The SDR will generate new leads by engaging with prospects from our database and beyond. Utilizing research tools, you'll pinpoint key contacts and pass on qualified leads to Account Executives. You'll also take charge of managing and closing leads independently, as well as assisting low to medium-touch trials in converting to paid accounts. Additionally, you'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities. Working closely with the Sales Director, marketing, and partner teams, you'll gain insight into our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and help shape our outbound prospecting strategies to boost lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Use your prospecting expertise to bring in and qualify new leads for the sales and partnerships team
You will provide clear and reliable tracking/reporting in Hubspot (our CRM)
Work with sales, partnerships, and marketing to determine re-engaging and lead nurturing campaigns
Pre and Post conference prospecting, qualifying, and meeting scheduling
Identify low to medium-touch trials and help convert
Responsible for iterating on our overall framework for outbound prospecting
Other responsibilities include:
Engage with Sales, Marketing, and Partnership teams in a proactive and professional manner
Monitor competitive intelligence by keeping up-to-date on market trends, competitors, and opportunities
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to determine marketing strategies, including conference participation
Receive and deliver direct feedback in a constructive, professional, and proactive manner
Requirements:
3+ years of SDR experience in a Saas company
Experience in developing an outbound framework and strategy
Technologically savvy and ability to learn new technology fast
Expertise in prospecting and outbounding
Proven ability to achieve and exceed quotas and goals
The ability to work individually and collaborate within a team environment to achieve set goals
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
