Sales Operations Lead role with full ownership of sales operations and CRM systems, responsible for designing, improving, and scaling new systems and processes to support business growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or similar roles
- Proven experience building, improving, and scaling operational processes or systems
- Strong experience with CRM platforms, preferably Pipedrive or similar
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements
- Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of responsibilities
- Experience managing pipelines, tracking performance, and improving workflows
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with tools such as DocuSign or similar platforms is a plus
