About The Role
Stack: JavaScript, React, Node.js, Go Lang, WebAssembly, CI CD Pipelines, Cloud Infrastructure
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with hands on WebAssembly (WASM) development experience to help drive modernization, performance optimization, and new feature delivery for our Yearbook 360 platform. This role involves end to end engineering across frontend, backend, integration, and infrastructure layers. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning complex systems, thrives in collaborative environments, and can deliver high quality engineering in an agile, fast moving setting.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain features across the full stack with a strong emphasis on modularity, performance, and scalability
Integrate and optimize WASM components within existing web applications
Build and enhance React and JavaScript based front end experiences
Develop Node.js and Go Lang backend services, APIs, and integration layers
Refactor legacy systems and support modernization efforts including collaborative editing features and performance optimization
Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain high code quality
Work closely with UI UX, Product, QA, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Contribute to DevOps processes including CI CD pipelines, build automation, deployment workflows, and cloud based environments
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
5 plus years of professional full stack development experience
Strong proficiency in:
JavaScript, TypeScript
React for frontend development
Node.js for backend development
Go Lang for service layer development
Hands on experience with WebAssembly (WASM) including performance profiling and cross browser behavior
Familiarity with API design and integration including REST and GraphQL
Experience with CI CD pipelines, Git, and cloud environments
Strong understanding of serverless or distributed systems is a plus
Experience working in Agile Scrum environments
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Nice to Have
Experience with serverless architectures such as AWS Lambda
Experience with collaborative editing technologies or real time apps
Understanding of modern bundling and build tooling such as Webpack, Vite, or Turbopack
Background in system design, scalability, or performance engineering
