The story of Allshore Talent is a journey born from direct experience with the frustrations and untapped potential of the global talent market. It began with its founder, Randall Agee, who, while working as a development staffer, encountered a project that required skills beyond his team's capabilities. Turning to offshore outsourcing, he found a brilliant developer, but the process was fraught with communication barriers and procedural inefficiencies. The end product was a success, but the path to get there was a struggle. This firsthand experience sparked a vision: to create a different kind of outsourcing company, one that would eliminate the common pain points and build a bridge between talented professionals and businesses in need, fostering a seamless and productive partnership. This vision led to the creation of Allshore Virtual Staffing in 2009, a company built not just to provide a service, but to perfect the client experience he wished he'd had.

Over the years, the company grew, driven by its commitment to providing affordable, high-quality staffing solutions with an emphasis on transparency and direct communication. The model was simple yet revolutionary: give clients direct access to their developers, who would work during their business hours, and provide US-based customer support to facilitate smooth collaboration. This approach resonated with businesses tired of the traditional, often clunky, outsourcing models. In a significant evolution, Allshore Virtual Staffing merged with Zepcom and DatumSquare, two other firms with deep expertise in global workforce management and IT solutions. This union created Allshore Talent, a powerhouse with a broadened scope and a renewed mission. Now operating under the motto 'Locally Global,' the company leverages its US base to connect clients with a pre-vetted, worldwide pool of experts. From its headquarters in Kansas City and offices in Norman, Oklahoma, to its global service centers, Allshore Talent continues its journey to redefine global talent acquisition, making it easier than ever for businesses to build and manage international teams and for talented individuals across the globe to connect with incredible opportunities.
