About the Company:
This is a full-time role at a fast-moving AI SaaS company built and owned by Auston Troyer (via austontroyer.com). The team is creating innovative AI-powered tools that help businesses streamline workflows, automate tasks, and unlock new levels of efficiency through intuitive, intelligent solutions. As the company scales rapidly, they’re looking for a customer-focused specialist who can guide prospects through demos, support new users, and help clients extract real value from the platform.
Location: Brazil - Full Time - Fully Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI-powered features across multiple products (starting with Realtap).
- Develop fast, clean, scalable interfaces using Next.js + React.
- Create chat-style and real-time AI interaction experiences.
- Integrate frontends with AI-driven backends, APIs, and auth flows.
- Rapidly prototype with agents, prompts, and AI-native dev tools.
- Build internal dashboards, automation layers, and integration systems.
- Own features end-to-end — from concept to deployment.
- Experiment relentlessly to push what AI-assisted development can do.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- Expert-level Next.js and React.
- Strong TypeScript fundamentals.
- Confident with backend integration, APIs, and auth.
- Proven ability to deliver clean, scalable UI/UX at speed.
