Our journey began in 2010 with a clear mission: to revolutionize the way university career centers, students, and employers connect and interact. We saw that the most prestigious universities in the world were often relying on outdated software for their career services, creating a disconnect between the incredible talent graduating and the companies eager to hire them. We set out to change that by developing a comprehensive software platform that streamlines the entire career services and job placement process. We believe in making career development and hiring simpler, more equitable, and more efficient for everyone involved, from the first job after college all the way to retirement.
