Requirements

• Strong experience in any modern BI (SuperSet, Looker, PowerBI etc.);
• Hands-on experience with column-based databases (we use Clickhouse and Google BigQuery);
• Good understanding of ETL/ELT and other data migration patterns;
• Experience with data organization, governance and data quality tactics;
• Experience with DBT and/or similar solutions;
• Great ownership spirit. We are a very liberal team, so while you have all the tools to be independent, you must be responsible for the success of your domain and known guru there!
• Looking not only for a great specialist but for someone with the vision and spirit of the entrepreneur to discuss ideas and argue on;
• Passion for making order out of chaos, proactive position to solve questions;

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data models;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into efficient data models and reports;
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data audits and validation checks;
• Collaborate with development teams to design business intelligence solutions for efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis;
• Provides technical support and troubleshoots problems related to applications and various BI Applications;
• Develop and maintain documentation for business intelligence processes, customizations, and resolutions;
• Provide guidance on internal system usage to promote collaboration and effective data-sharing across teams;
• Support data governance initiatives, including the implementation of best practices for data management and reporting;
• Track, manage, and communicate business intelligence-related updates, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

Nice to Have:

• Strong Python experience;
• AI enthusiasm and proven integration cases;
• Experience in Traveltech/marketplace.
