Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries through the CRM platform.
  • Assist customers with bookings, payment issues, travel disruptions, and ticket confirmations.
  • Troubleshoot problems and offer clear, actionable solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, IT, etc.) when needed to resolve cases.
  • Working Hours: 8 hours per day with a one-hour break.
  • Shift: 15:00 - 00:00
  • Days Off: 2 days per week (depending on the manpower)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in Customer Support is advantageous.
  • A TOEIC score of 650 or higher is preferred.
  • Only Thai nationals are eligible to apply.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of tourism is a plus.
  • Experience in Customer support or OTA.
  • Experience with Zendesk and Slack.
