I am seeking a customer-focused role in a fast-paced environment where I can apply billing, case-handling and support skills while learning new systems and growing professionally.

I am a billing specialist with hands-on experience in account billing, recalculations, complaints handling and case processing across telecommunications and utilities campaigns. I consistently deliver clear explanations to customers and help them resolve billing and device issues.

My background includes roles at WNS Global Services, Ignition Group and EXL Services where I handled billing accounts, processed trade-ins and exchanges, took payments, and supported agents as floor support. I adapt quickly to new systems and technologies and work well under pressure while multitasking effectively.
