What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead product end-to-end in a B2B SaaS environment, using AI-native workflows to move fast. I want ownership over strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes—plus the freedom to build high-accountability PM teams.

I’m a product leader with 11+ years scaling B2B SaaS platforms from early traction to enterprise scale. I’ve led platform deployments across 14 countries, growing order volumes 4.5x and increasing deployment capacity by 12x while building and coaching high-impact PM teams.

Most recently as Head of Product at SmartQ (a Compass company), I grew QoQ orders from 300k to 950k and revenue from £1.5m to £3.8m in 12 months. I also drove omnichannel product strategy across kiosk, POS, mobile, and web—then created transparent prioritisation and planning to align Compass UK and SmartQ India.

I combine deep product craft with AI-native execution (Claude, Cursor, n8n, v0) to prototype, validate, and ship with less overhead. I’m known for bringing clarity to complex roadmaps, building instrumentation with Mixpanel and BigQuery, and creating outcome-driven rituals that raise team velocity and accountability.

Enabled deployment scale from 50 to 600 site deployments per quarter by redesigning site setup and menu configuration, and led omnichannel product strategy across kiosk, POS, mobile, and web.

Improved Return to Origin (RTO) performance by reducing the RTO rate across merchants by 25%, and further reduced it by an additional 11% with post-order customer experience improvements. Led the Offers charter to increase conversion rate by 15%, including design of a platform-agnostic Offers engine for third-party integrations and programmatic discount logic.
