Helped pivot the company from SMB to mid-market, growing ARR from ~$3M to $9M in 22 months. Owned the core platform, integrations, and GTM, shipping 35+ integrations and leading enterprise account work including a DoorDash engagement.

Managed a portfolio of AI products across cloud infrastructure, automated testing, IoT security, connected vehicles, and KPI forecasting. Presented AI strategy to worldwide leadership and delivered ~$2.5M bottom-line impact.

Built production computer vision systems, including real-time vehicle classification at Indian toll plazas using IP cameras and local traffic inputs. Created insurance claim automation for ICICI Lombard and co-built an MLOps tool ('Grace') for model serving and observability.

Started a hyperlocal AI e-commerce business that pivoted to an AI model training and data studio after market feedback. Co-founded and guided the change in product direction.

Built pricing, distribution, and launch strategy models for Unilever, Reckitt, and P&G across India and Brazil. Worked on hyper price-elastic market strategy modeling.
