What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote or GCC opportunities where I can build and improve business operations, people systems, cross-functional workflows, and digital projects while helping teams scale through practical, documented processes.

At EazySales GmbH, I built a Damascus-based operation from a one-person function into a multi-functional team of approximately 25 internal employees, supported by external development teams.

I designed organizational structures, HR processes, workflows, reporting, payroll administration, training systems, policies, and centralized documentation across multiple businesses and projects in Germany, Syria, Egypt, and Turkey. I also supported the recruitment and onboarding of approximately 70 employees.

I coordinate digital products from early concepts through user flows, wireframes, developer communication, implementation review, QA, and testing. For Macduus and Shoglana, I created screen structures and interface concepts while coordinating external development resources.
