I’m a detail-oriented Administrative and Sales professional with experience in retail sales, customer service, data capture, and administrative support. I bring a structured approach to helping customers, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day operations with confidence.

As a Sales Representative at Usizo Clothing (2020–2022), I identified potential customers and generated sales leads. I promoted clothing products, assisted customers with product selection, captured and maintained accurate sales and customer records, and processed purchases while handling enquiries professionally. I also worked toward individual and store sales targets.

In my Shoprite cashier role (June 2025), I processed customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, card, and electronic payments according to procedures. I assisted customers with product enquiries and pricing information, kept the checkout area clean and organised, and complied with cash-handling and loss-prevention policies.

I’m certified in International Trade and completed Matric, with a solid understanding of sales processes and customer engagement. I’m comfortable working on-site or remotely, and I use CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email) to stay organised, communicate clearly, and solve problems quickly.
