What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an opportunity where I can grow professionally, support customers confidently, and contribute to administration. I want a team that values communication, reliability, and learning while letting me apply my customer service and records skills.

I am a hardworking and motivated individual seeking an opportunity to grow professionally and gain valuable workplace experience. I work well both independently and as part of a team, and I am eager to learn new skills while contributing to the success of an organisation.

In customer-facing and operational roles, I assisted customers with purchases, processed cash and card payments, and handled enquiries and complaints at Mr Price. I also trained in customer service and call centre operations, practicing professional telephone etiquette and communications, as well as sales techniques and customer relationship management.

My background also strengthens my administrative and support capabilities. I completed end user computing training (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint), gained experience in data collection and survey administration with Statistics South Africa, supported classrooms and records as an Educator Assistant, and built records-management skills through Higher Certificate in Archives and Records Management—so I can contribute confidently to administration, communication, and customer service.
