What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in Customer/Product/Technical Support where I can use my strong communication, problem-solving, and fast-paced adaptability to deliver outstanding customer experiences while continuing to learn and grow.

I’m a customer-focused professional with experience providing customer service and administrative support in both Ecuador and the United States. As a Clinical Administrative Assistant—Receptionist, I helped patients throughout their treatment process by managing appointment scheduling, patient records, billing, and insurance verification, while responding to inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism.

I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, and I’m driven by Customer Support, Product Support, and Technical Support. Through a J-1 Work & Travel Program, I delivered customer service entirely in English to international visitors and strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
