I’m a strategic, results-oriented executive with over twenty years of experience in operational management, supply chain management, procurement, contract management, logistics, and organizational development across healthcare, mining, consultancy, FMCG, and internationally funded development programs. I’m known for leading organization-wide improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, cost control, governance, and transformation.

As CEO & Principal Consultant for Synergy Consulting & Sourcing N.V. (June 2024–present), I coordinate and oversee large, complex client projects. I support executive teams with organizational improvement initiatives, business process analyses, practical efficiency strategies, and strategic sourcing and supply chain optimization.

Previously, as Supply Chain Manager for an academic hospital (Aug 2015–Jun 2023), I owned end-to-end supply chain leadership, including procurement, warehouse and distribution operations, inventory control, import & customs clearance, and donation management. I successfully led reorganization efforts, implemented new supply chain policies and governance frameworks, strengthened inventory controls, and improved transparency, accountability, and compliance through risk-managed procurement.

Earlier, I led procurement, expediting, and inventory control in a mining environment (Jul 2011–Aug 2015), including contracting, tendering, negotiations, and compliance initiatives (ISO, SOX, OSHA). I also worked on Inter-American Development Bank funded projects (Feb 2003–Jul 2011), developing procurement plans, managing governance processes, conducting bid evaluations and contract negotiations, and serving as Acting Project Manager—plus independent procurement consulting for IFAD and Global Fund-related work.
