I am a senior business controller and developer with over 20 years' experience supporting finance, control, tax planning, project administration and business development across Dutch and Surinamese organisations.

I have acted as interim finance manager, business/project controller, remote CFO and business developer for firms including Vopak Europoort, architecture practices in Rotterdam and multiple SMEs, delivering improved results through data management, IFRS application, budgeting and process redesign.

I combine strong analytical ability and practical proactivity with Agile (Scrum Master), LEAN and SMART methods to implement change, motivate teams and drive implementation of scalable projects that provide primary needs and economic growth.
