What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR role where I can lead talent management, performance systems, and change management—grounded in arbeidsrecht and data insights—while supporting managers and employees in building a motivating, high-trust workplace.

I’m a Human Resource Manager focused on strategic people management that optimizes organizational performance. With advanced knowledge in talentmanagement, I lead end-to-end processes such as werving, selectie, onboarding and behoud, while applying arbeidsrecht and wet- en regelgeving in practical HR decision-making.

Since 2024, I’ve managed complex arbeidsrelaties and supported management in conflict resolution and creating a positive werkomgeving. I also analyze personeelsgegevens to identify trends, advise on HR-gerelateerde onderwerpen, implement performancebeoordeling systems for professional growth, and coordinate training en ontwikkeling through data-informed recommendations.
