With several years of experience in customer service and insurance advisory, I have honed my skills in communication, problem-solving, and negotiation. My journey began as a Customer Service Representative at CCI South Africa, where I effectively responded to customer inquiries and resolved technical issues. This role laid the foundation for my ability to handle customer complaints and upsell products, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Transitioning to Outworx Education as an Insurance Advisor, I provided clients with expert advice on various insurance products. I validated customer documentation and assisted with policy renewals, showcasing my attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction. Currently, I serve as a Retention Consultant at Telesure Investment Holdings, where I focus on retaining clients by educating them on the benefits of our insurance products and addressing their needs effectively.
