I’m looking for a role where I can verify documents with precision, handle customer queries confidently, and keep high-quality case notes—while meeting SLAs/KPIs in a fast-paced environment that values confidentiality and continuous improvement.

I’m a detail-oriented documents verification and customer service professional with experience across reception, call centre support, and high-volume document checks in regulated environments. I’m used to working under pressure, meeting SLAs, and keeping meticulous case notes.

In my most recent role as Senior Associates Operations (Documents Verification), I verified customer and vehicle documents for accuracy and compliance, reviewed supporting evidence, and investigated missing, incorrect, or suspicious information. I handled inbound and outbound customer calls, responded to emails, captured and updated information on internal systems, maintained confidentiality around sensitive terms, and escalated complex cases when necessary.
