I am looking for a job that offers a challenging and dynamic environment where I can continue to develop my skills in customer service and data analytics. I am a highly motivated and dedicated individual with a strong background in business administration and data analytics. I completed my Business Administration program at Dr. Agustín Stahl High School, specializing in Accounting and Finance Management. I then pursued further education at the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, where I completed my degree in Business Administration. Currently, I am enrolled in the Data Analytics for Business program at the same university.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in customer service and account management. I have worked as a Team Lead at Econo, where I handled customer transactions and ensured a smooth purchasing process. At Conduent, I provided customer service and support to Social Security beneficiaries and veterans, handling account inquiries and processing dispute claims. Currently, I am working at Optum, where I handle customer service calls, process accounts, and communicate with medical offices and pre-authorization departments.

I possess a strong skill set that includes proficiency in the accounting cycle and document management, as well as keyboard proficiency and mastery of Microsoft Office software. I am bilingual in Spanish and English, and I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. I am a problem solver with the ability to make decisions and think critically. I am always eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and environments.
