I'm looking to lead enterprise ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, CMDB, automation, governance, and DevOps initiatives that improve operational reliability.

I've architected scalable multi-instance ServiceNow solutions at Nexora IT Solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and GRC/IRM, defining platform strategy and governance frameworks.

I lead end-to-end Service Mapping, Discovery, and CMDB architecture using IRE, Service Graph, and enterprise data governance models. I've designed integrations with SAP, Azure AD, Salesforce, Workday, Jira, AWS, and other enterprise platforms through REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and OAuth/SAML.
