What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my customer service, call center, data collection, research, reporting, and client-support experience to a dynamic team focused on client satisfaction.

I conduct outbound survey interviews and organize accurate data for Lightline Research projects, including work for Fraym Kenya and Seed Marketing Innovations For Africa.

At Contact Center International Kenya, I supported Spirit Airlines customers with ticket bookings, cancellations, service questions, orders, complaints, and sales. I also trained new employees on product knowledge and helped manage team performance.

Through Kenya Red Cross volunteering, I've collected community data using KOBO Collect and ODK, supported emergency responses, health camps, nutrition counseling, and COVID-19 social safety-net programs.

I'm committed to clear communication, client confidentiality, careful reporting, and resolving customer concerns with empathy and patience.
