What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver excellent customer service and meet KPIs, while using data entry and basic analytics to improve decisions. I value professionalism, supportive teamwork, and opportunities to grow in service quality and reporting.

I’m a motivated, detail-oriented professional with over 2 years of call center experience at CCI Kenya, recognized for professionalism and empathy in customer interactions. I’m skilled in customer service, problem-solving, and meeting KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

I also bring data-driven work experience from CCI Kenya and Datum Analytics, where I entered and managed large volumes of data with high quality, integrity, and 100% accuracy. I maintained confidentiality and security of sensitive information while using data management software to streamline processes.
