I'm currently supporting customers at Teleperformance / Majorel Kenya Limited, responding to inquiries across email and social channels, documenting interactions in Zendesk, and resolving complaints within set timelines.

I build customer relationships, track requests accurately, gather feedback through outbound calls, and support customer retention and growth. I've also contributed to call-centre operations by monitoring service performance and call statistics.

At World Vision, I gathered, recorded, and encoded survey information as a Data Enumerator while maintaining confidentiality and reporting data-collection challenges. This work strengthened my data analysis, documentation, and reporting foundation.

My earlier work as an Office Assistant with the County Government of Kitui Ward involved supporting community outreach, civic education, development initiatives, and public engagement. I'm continuing my Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management while bringing public relations, customer service, project coordination, and inventory-management skills to my work.
