Zach Friesen

I have always had a love for business and business development. Starting as a national spokesman and consultant for Qwest Communications (now Spectrum), I leveraged my expertise in business development to create a business development firm; Innovate, LLP. Launched in 2009, Innovate served a wide variety of clients across the United States and supported clients like LifeLock to grow from 36,000 subscribers to over 4.3 million to date. In 2018 I joined the entertainment group, That Hashtag Show, which under my guidance as Chief Executive Officer garnered over 1.5 million monthly viewers. In 2019, I joined the NEFT Vodka, team as a Business Development Director helping take the brand to its current heights as a household name in over 45 States. In 2021 I joined Cosmic Wire as their Chief Operating Officer and am currently working with that team today.

I am an accomplished speaker, advocate, and producer. Having been featured in over 200 national broadcasts, and I have been blessed to have appeared on the NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, and E! Networks over the course of my career.

Ever a philanthropist, I have always endeavored to give back. I have had the privilege of serving as Camp Director for Camp Wapiyapi (a summer camp for pediatric oncology patients), A Mentor in the CHIP program (a mentor program for children with incarcerated parents), a teacher/advocate for children in the Hillside Protection Program, an Executive Director for Brighter Future (a nonprofit supporting children with autism), and a board member for Create Now (an organization supporting at risk youth and the arts). In 2021 I launched Project Hope, a nonprofit that gives permanent housing to youth aging out of the foster care system.

I have spent decades building a strong understanding of how to develop and scale business operations and marketing efforts. I’ve had the honor of supporting many clients and teams reach and exceed their targets. I look forward to doing the same for your group’s goals and expectations.
