I’m an Executive Director with a track record of forward-thinking, entrepreneurial leadership—bringing strategy, execution, and stakeholder confidence to every phase of a mission.

In my current part-time role, I develop and execute strategic plans with the board while overseeing day-to-day operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. I also serve as a primary spokesperson and fundraiser, helping align organizational priorities with real-world outcomes.

As a founding partner and leadership operator, I advise early-stage startups through to Fortune 1000 organizations, build growth strategy, and support venture development. I’ve also served as a co-founder and board member of an AI technology startup and helped guide governance and direction through critical growth stages.

Earlier, I led operational turnarounds and high-accountability teams as a CEO, realizing over $600K in OPEX efficiencies and managing P&L across multiple locations, including international operations. I’ve grounded my leadership in disciplined planning and communication—from directing policy development and operations as a Chief of Staff & Senior Legislative Assistant to strengthening community impact through grant-focused volunteer work.
