With a Master of Science in System Engineering from the University of Houston, I bring an analytical mindset grounded in systems thinking.

In recent roles, I’ve worked as an Implementation Analyst at IQVIA BioTech (Becton Dickson) and supported business-critical workflows across technical and operations environments. I’ve also delivered customer-focused results through technical support roles and service positions, building strong communication habits and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
