I’m looking for a role where I can support reliable healthcare and laboratory integrations—troubleshooting HL7, validating EMR/LIS workflows for ordering and results, and partnering with vendors and developers to improve uptime, visibility, and compliance.

I’m currently an IT Systems Analyst II supporting and troubleshooting healthcare and laboratory system integrations across EMRs, LIS platforms, and interface engines, including investigation of HL7 order/result transmission issues and provider mapping discrepancies. I analyze and resolve interface-related incidents across Athena, eClinicalWorks (eCW), Tebra, LabDAQ, Care Evolve, and Ellkay/LKTransfer integrations, and I validate and troubleshoot electronic lab ordering and resulting workflows—covering discontinue result mapping, accessioning workflows, and outbound result delivery.

I partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, and client practices to support onboarding, compendium updates, interface implementations, and issueresolution, while investigating laboratory result discrepancies, duplicate result issues, routing failures, and integration edge cases. I also coordinate recurring IT operational meetings and create/maintain technical documentation, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and knowledgebase articles, and in prior production support roles I applied HL7 standards and SQL expertise to support accurate data flows and maintain HIPAA compliance.
