What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic technology transformation, SAP, ERP, and PMO programs where I can align executive priorities, governance, business process change, and multi-country delivery.

I've led regional SAP S/4HANA and ERP transformation programs for Sanofi, Inchcape, CAFAM, and Alfagres, connecting business priorities, technology delivery, governance, and change adoption across Latin America, Africa, Europe, and the Caribbean. At Sanofi, I led the LATAM iShift PMO across 11 countries, coordinating more than 350 stakeholders and guiding executive reporting, financial analysis, risks, and vendor delivery.

Across 20+ years in technology, I've delivered SAP rollouts, legacy integrations, CRM, BI, cloud migration, warehouse management, and enterprise applications. I build delivery discipline through hybrid Agile/Waterfall governance, transparent performance management, and clear executive decision support.
