What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead PMO and IT projects—especially cloud migrations and ERP implementations—where I can govern delivery, manage risks, align stakeholders, and report KPIs to executive committees to drive measurable value.

I’m an Industrial Engineer with more than 6 years of experience leading projects as a Gerente de Proyectos, specialized in cloud infrastructure migration, digital transformation, and ERP implementation in financial and technology sectors.

In my most recent roles, I led Microsoft Azure migration programs—planning and controlling schedules and budgets, managing risks, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables with a strong focus on milestone compliance, operational continuity, and value generation.

I’ve also built and scaled PMO capabilities: designing project governance lineamientos, launching the PMO office (roles, processes, and follow-up structure), and implementing KPIs and OKRs to measure performance and deviations. I use tools and reporting frameworks to keep executive leadership aligned and drive execution with transparency.
