I’m looking to lead end-to-end IT service delivery and transformation—partnering with business leaders, scaling data-driven governance, and delivering SAP and automation outcomes in global, matrixed environments.

I’m an Industrial and Systems Engineer with an MBA and 25 years connecting business strategy with technology execution across Latin America and global operations. I’ve built trusted partnerships between IT and leadership teams, translating business needs into scalable operating models and measurable outcomes.

At Inchcape, I served as the strategic bridge between GBS operations and 51 business units in 28 countries. I co-designed service frameworks and digital governance models, and built a data intelligence platform with 45 KPIs in Power BI and Python to enable real-time, data-driven service decisions.

Previously at Diageo, I led the digital transformation of Source to Pay across 14 countries, deploying automation, advanced analytics, and process redesign to eliminate manual work and improve financial control at scale. At Avianca Holdings, I managed the full technology architecture of the largest SAP S/4HANA transformation in Latin American aviation—governing integrations, security, ITSM, and delivery across SAP Activate phases while mobilizing cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.
