What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a guest service, airport operations, or administration role where I can use my international travel experience, language skills, and strengths in customer care, reservations, and operational coordination.

I'm supporting guest journeys at Hamburg Marriott Hotel and Renaissance Hamburg Hotel, handling calls, chat and email requests, check-in and check-out, reservations, VIP preparation, and guest concerns.

I've also managed accounting and general administration for China Airlines' German Branch, including invoices, refunds, BSPADM/ACM, payment controls, airport ground-service support, and Luftverkehrsteuer.
