I am looking for opportunities to develop my skills and gain experience with new systems and airlines.

I am a motivated and service-oriented team player with hands-on experience in check-in operations at Frankfurt Airport. My role as a Check-in Agent at WISAG Personal Service has allowed me to develop a strong skill set in passenger and baggage check-in, issuing boarding passes, and verifying travel documents in accordance with international regulations.

Throughout my career, I have worked with various airlines, including Etihad Airways and Air Europa, where I have honed my ability to assist passengers with irregularities or delays while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport and have completed several certifications in supply chain management and leadership.
