What I'm looking for

I'm eager to grow within Talent Acquisition and HR, with interests in HRIS, Human Resources, Human Capital, recruitment, training and development, organizational development, and performance management.

At Mitrais, I handle recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing and shortlisting candidates to conducting initial interviews and coordinating technical interviews with hiring managers and technical experts. I also maintain recruitment metrics and reports.

At Asia Outsourcing Services, I handled end-to-end recruitment and psychology test administration, and hired more than 100 candidates in a month across roles including customer service, team leader, QA, and sales.

Earlier, I supported recruitment and onboarding at Ivosights and ARUTALA Digital Inovasi. At Ivosights, I also prepared HR letters and helped with general affairs tasks.
