What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to end-to-end recruitment, structured candidate assessment, stakeholder partnership, recruitment analytics, and HR process improvement across IT and non-IT hiring.

I manage end-to-end recruitment at PT Padepokan Tujuh Sembilan for 10+ corporate clients, filling concurrent IT and non-IT vacancies from junior through lead level.

I partner with clients and hiring managers to define candidate profiles, conduct Behavioral Event Interviews, coordinate psychological assessments, manage offers and salary negotiations, and support onboarding. I also build automated recruitment and HR dashboards covering talent pipelines, assessments, compensation, workforce data, and KPIs.

Across Nimo Land Group, PT Bahtera Solusi Nusantara, PT Kadar Baru Berkah, and Literasi Psikologi Indonesia, I’ve supported high-volume sourcing, screening, recruitment operations, payroll administration, HR policies, and employee lifecycle processes. My Psychology background strengthens how I evaluate competencies, behavioral patterns, potential, and job fit.
