I’m a recruitment and talent acquisition professional with over four years of experience working across international markets, including Europe and Asia.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with different types of candidates, hiring managers, educational institutions, and international teams. My experience covers the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, CV screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, interview coordination, pipeline management, and stakeholder communication.

I've worked in fast-paced recruitment environments, supporting hiring across different industries and managing multiple priorities at once. In my previous roles, I also gained experience building relationships with universities and hospitality schools, coordinating recruitment initiatives, and using HubSpot and other digital tools to keep processes organized.

Having worked remotely with international teams for several years, I’m comfortable managing my own workload, communicating across different time zones, and taking ownership of responsibilities without needing constant supervision.

I genuinely enjoy connecting with people, understanding what makes them a good fit for a role, and making the recruitment experience as smooth as possible for both candidates and hiring teams.
