I’m looking for a role where I can lead customer-facing growth in fintech—pairing strong product localization and trading domain knowledge with team leadership, partner management, and one-stop solution delivery for APAC customers.

I’m a Head of APAC Customer Relations and team leader in fintech, focused on helping brokers and financial service companies launch and grow with trading platforms. I’m known for turning customer needs into high-impact sales and delivery outcomes.

At Leverate Technological Trading Ltd., I managed APAC customer relations and led account managers, while partnering with referral partners/resellers across Southeast Asia. I worked closely with Israeli tech teams to localize product offerings—covering multiple languages translations and trading platform functionalities—while shaping features and onboarding for Asian markets.

I provided services building trading platforms for 200+ CFD brokers/PropTrading Firms/financial service companies end-to-end, achieving total revenue over $30m. I also built relationships with third parties to deliver one-stop solutions, including PSP, CRM, and liquidity support.

Before that, I handled customer service and back-office operations at ForexTime(FXTM) and IronFX Global, including live chat/phone/email support, MTTrading platform assistance, CRM updates, account opening/amendments, and compliance checks. Earlier experience included wealth management sales at Citibank Citigold and corporate travel consulting at Ctrip, where I consistently exceeded targets and delivered tailored solutions.
