What I'm looking for

I'm looking to drive TPV and revenue growth through fintech, payments, crypto, and cross-border settlement partnerships. I want to apply my client-acquisition network, sales-cycle management, and operational experience to scalable financial products.

I've built and led business development across fintech, crypto, payments, and trading platforms, including co-founding Payeah / XLD Finance and serving as Head of BD for Ju.com's JumpMaker project. I create the partnerships, settlement workflows, and operating foundations needed to launch regulated cross-border financial products.

At LongBridge, I built a 10-person acquisition team and grew the trading user base from zero to 80,000. At eToro, I managed more than USD 10 million in AUM across 300+ client accounts while converting registered users into funded clients across China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Taiwan.

I've worked with banks, exchanges, PSPs, liquidity providers, and payment partners to deliver fiat-crypto settlement, stablecoin, acquiring, payout, OTC, and virtual card products. I'm comfortable moving from market-entry strategy and licensing exploration to client acquisition, sales-cycle management, and operational execution.
