What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead customer success for enterprise B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or banking platforms, owning onboarding through renewal while partnering with product and engineering teams to improve adoption, reliability, and customer outcomes.

I've supported banking, payments, and fintech clients across HSBC, MIB Digital Technology, and Midea, guiding enterprise customers from discovery and deployment through training, adoption, and ongoing support.

At MIB Digital Technology, I supported Kenyan banks and enterprise clients across digital-banking platforms processing 1M+ monthly transactions, while guiding ecommerce, SaaS, and fintech partners through APIs supporting 50K+ daily calls. I launched a developer hub with documentation and sandbox access that reduced integration time from 12 weeks to 4 weeks, and supported 500+ enterprise treasury clients while helping improve transfer success to 99.38%.

Most recently, I've led European treasury-system implementations, translated recurring client and compliance needs into scalable solutions, explored AI-powered cash-flow forecasting consultations, and managed outsourced development quality through SLA, QA, KPI, and SOP oversight.
