At Infosys Technologies (China) Co., Ltd., I supported the Microsoft global distributor program, helping partners with onboarding, account updates, and payment workflows. I handled inquiries by email and phone and coordinated with Microsoft, Finance, and third-party service teams to move cases toward resolution.
I managed recurring payment operations using multi-source sales data and maintained 100% payment accuracy. After being promoted to Process Lead, I led a 5–6 person team, supported training and quality control, and maintained SOPs and training materials.
On the Lucid Motors factory project, I supported Dürr China’s EHS team with records, reporting, and bilingual communication. I built and administered the EHS document-control workspace in Lark and tracked corrective actions through documented completion.
I’ve also taken intermittent English-language customer support and content review assignments, and I bring personal hands-on exposure to financial markets and trading. I’m interested in FinTech and trading-platform customer experience.
