I am a results-driven professional with experience in customer service, technical support, and financial advisory. I solve problems, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly to new environments.
Most recently I worked as a Financial Advisor advising clients on appropriate cover options and creating tailored funeral cover plans. I focus on understanding client needs and matching products to deliver value.
Earlier I provided front-line technical support in high-volume call centres, troubleshooting network issues, resetting router configurations, logging and escalating tickets, and keeping clients informed throughout resolution. Those roles strengthened my troubleshooting, escalation, and client-communication skills.
I also completed an apprenticeship managing production line operations and undertook web work designing preliminary pages and analyzing web data for client reports. I am seeking a dynamic role where I can apply my combined technical and advisory experience to achieve measurable results.
