I'm looking to build and scale service, travel, hospitality, or business operations through clear ownership, measurable standards, strong governance, and repeatable delivery systems.

At RedCore, I lead Travel & Relocation for a 5,000+ employee international organization, growing the function from one specialist to a 10-person team and overseeing 4,000+ trips. I redesigned workflows, policies and service standards to reduce processing time by 30–40%, cut escalations by about 40%, and lower cost per trip by approximately 15%.

I'm also COO of BatTrip, where I built the operating model, unit economics, Jira-based management system and delivery standards for a B2B travel business that reached operating break-even within five months. Earlier, I ran international esports operations for projects involving ESL, BLAST, DreamHack and PGL, and managed B2B sports travel accounts generating more than EUR 800K in annual turnover.
