What I'm looking for
I lead human resources as a strategic ally of Management, aligning people strategy with business objectives to help organizations achieve their goals. I’ve built and scaled HR functions end-to-end—recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation & benefits, and compliance—across high-growth, multi-country environments.
In my most recent role as Head of Human Resources, I designed and implemented an end-to-end People strategy to support hyper-growth in Mexico, LATAM, and Eastern Europe. I built HR from the ground up, led multicultural integration, and supported global mobility and expatriate management, advising the CEO and Board on People-related matters.
I’m especially proud of measurable outcomes: multicultural integration delivered a 22% increase in cross-department collaboration and a 17% improvement in employee satisfaction; a change initiative after acquisitions drove an 18% increase in employee satisfaction and a 12% reduction in turnover; and HR systems/ERP work improved administrative efficiency by 25%. I bring change management, talent development, engagement, and Diversity & Inclusion together with scalable policies aligned to local labor laws.
