I’m a bilingual (ES/EN) Head of People & Operations with 8+ years building organizations, driving cross-functional initiatives, and translating business strategy into executable plans. MBA-trained (IPADE), I’ve launched operational structures from scratch, led multi-country teams, and acted as a strategic partner to C-suite leadership in fast-growing, high-ambiguity environments.
In my current role, I operate as the CEO’s right hand at a ~200-person company, building the operational and people infrastructure for the next growth phase. I’ve redesigned structural processes, deployed role-level KPIs, accelerated change adoption through workflow redesign and leadership alignment, and reduced time-to-hire to 35 days by standardizing hiring.
