What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a receptionist role where I can use my customer service, communication, and organizational skills to create a welcoming, professional experience for guests and clients while managing front-desk responsibilities efficiently.

I've supported high-volume guest experiences at Mall of Asia Arena, greeting attendees, verifying tickets, assisting VIP guests, managing seating flow, and responding professionally to concerns. I also supported venue safety through emergency evacuation procedures and crowd management.

During my internship with Royal Brunei Airlines, I encoded airport taxes, prepared billing settlement plan reports, and coordinated with travel agencies on product updates and sales activities. I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Tourism majoring in Travel Management and bring strong communication, organization, teamwork, and customer service skills.
