What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote, goal-driven customer-facing role where I can use my communication, scheduling, sales, and client service skills while continuing to grow in tourism, travel operations, or customer support.

At Instaglan Beach Resort, I handled 50+ phone and in-person interactions per shift as a receptionist, coordinated client bookings, and reduced scheduling conflicts through accurate calendar management and follow-up.
