People & HR leader enabling global growth through strategic talent and compliance.
What I'm looking for
I’m an enablement-focused Head of People & HR who partners across global sales, delivery, and HR operations to help businesses scale with flexible, sustainable structures. In my current “Localization” role, I own NA HR operations and payroll while aligning people strategy to commercial priorities.
I’ve led major payroll, 401k, and benefits administration transformations—delivering forecasted savings of 1% of revenue for the 2026 plan year and achieving 25% per capita cost savings while enhancing benefits in 2024. I also drove down labor costs by 2% while improving employee satisfaction through job activity mapping and separation of activities.
I’m equally strong on talent and engagement. I localized talent acquisition to prioritize on-time delivery of critical hires and drive down time-to-fill, employing alternative solutions to achieve >100 engineering hires in under 18 months. I also launched global DEI programming and established the first ERGs, embedding engagement and recruiting frameworks that create measurable momentum.
Earlier, as Director, Talent Operations & HRBPs and Head of HR & Talent Acquisition (Interim), I professionalized HR partnering, operations, payroll, compensation, and immigration with a team of HR colleagues and recruiters—upgrading benefits while achieving $2M in premium savings over 2 years. I’ve also scaled HR operations in high-growth environments (including re-establishing recruiting and mobilization for rapid headcount growth, implementing Workday, and building compliance and reporting systems), and I bring that same execution discipline to every partnership I lead.
