I’m a dedicated customer service professional with experience providing high-volume phone support while resolving concerns with accuracy, professionalism, and empathy. I handle inbound and outbound calls, manage accounts, and keep customer interactions organized and documented in CRM systems.

At Primo Water Corporation, I supported customers with billing, orders, deliveries, and account inquiries, processing payments and updating account information accurately. I resolved issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction, used Salesforce to document interactions, and coordinated with multiple departments to solve problems efficiently.

Before that, I led daily restaurant operations as a Restaurant/Shift Manager, supervising employees during high-volume shifts. I handled cash management, scheduling, inventory, and operational reporting, and I trained new team members on customer service and company procedures.
